Inspection and finding the source
The technician goes round the property looking for where the pests are coming from, not just the ones you can see. That's the difference between a spray they come back after and a treatment that actually gets rid of them.
The first part of the visit You: Show the technician where you've seen the pests. -
A plan and a clear price before we start
You'll know what we're going to do, how many visits it takes and the final price. That price doesn't go up once we've started.
Before the work starts You: Say yes, or ask as many questions as you like. -
The right treatment for each pest
Gel for cockroaches, baits for ants and rodents, spraying for bed bugs and fleas, and injection for wood borers. The technician arrives in uniform with the equipment, and before the visit we send you a WhatsApp message on how to get ready.

Follow-up and a written guarantee
We call you after the visit to check how things are, and you keep the guarantee on paper. If the pests come back during the guarantee period, we come again free of charge.

Terms of the 5-year guarantee
The guarantee is not a line in an advert. It is a paper you receive, and this is what it says:
- 1 The guarantee is written on a certificate you receive with the invoice, stating the pest and the guarantee period.
- 2 If the pest comes back within the guarantee period, the follow-up visit is free, no arguments.
- 3 The guarantee stays valid as long as you follow the technician’s after-treatment instructions (we send them to you in writing on WhatsApp).
- 4 Regular follow-up every 3 months after the treatment.
