Why doesn't random monthly spraying solve the problem?
Many people with more than one kind of pest, and plenty of restaurants, handle it the same way: someone sprays the whole place with one product every month or two. The pests drop off a little, come back, and the spraying starts again.
Each pest needs its own method
A single spray for everything doesn’t really suit any of them. Small cockroaches need gel in the cracks, and spraying near the gel drives them away from it. Ants need a slow bait that reaches the queen. Rodents need bait stations and their entry points sealed. Bed bugs need a second visit after the eggs hatch. Treat all four with one spray, and each one comes back for a different reason.
Spraying by the calendar, not by activity
Spraying on a fixed date without checking what’s changed puts the product in the same places every time, even if the pest has moved. Under a proper contract, the technician looks first. Where is the activity? Has bait been taken from a rodent station? Have cockroaches appeared next to a new machine? Then they treat based on what they found and write it in the report.
Sometimes the problem is the premises
In restaurants and warehouses, a large share of the pests come from things on site: a drain without a cover, a back door that doesn’t close, boxes stored on the floor against the wall, rubbish left inside overnight. Spraying won’t fix any of that. So our report lists them, for you to fix on your side while the treatment does its job.
Large homes have places nobody goes
In a villa or a large house, pests find quiet spots: the basement, the pump room, the roof, the storeroom, a room that’s been shut for months. Ordinary spraying focuses on the kitchen and the lived-in rooms, so these spots keep feeding pests back into the house. The garden matters too, because ants, rodents and mosquitoes come into the house from there.
One plan costs less and is clearer
With one inspection and a plan written per pest, you know from day one how, when and for how much each problem gets treated. The technician goes through every room, the kitchen, bathrooms, basement and garden or warehouse, and identifies each pest, where it is and where it comes from. In restaurants and warehouses they draw a site map with the monitoring points marked.

Each pest gets its own line in the plan: gel for cockroaches, key-locked bait stations for rodents, targeted treatment over two visits for bed bugs, slow bait for ants, injection for wood borers. It also lists visit dates and the final price, and nothing gets added once we've started.

For a restaurant, warehouse or company contract we agree fixed visit dates, which can be after working hours or on your day off, so you don't have to close.

How much will it cost?
The price of the full package depends on the area, the number of pests in the plan and the number of visits. For contracts, it depends on the type of premises, visits per month and the number of rodent stations. What does the full home pest control package include?

All of it goes into one written plan with a final price and clear visit dates from the start.
Can bed bugs and cockroaches be treated in the same visit?
Yes, and it saves you a visit. Cockroaches get gel in the kitchen and bed bugs get targeted treatment in the bedrooms, so the two don't interfere. Bed bugs still need a second visit about two weeks later to catch whatever hatched from the eggs, and on that visit we also check on the cockroaches and top up the gel if needed.
What's in a business pest control contract for restaurants and companies?
The contract sets the number and timing of visits, the pests we monitor, where the rodent stations go, and how long the contract runs. After each visit you get a written report with the areas treated, products used and our notes. We agree visit times with you, after working hours or on your day off if you prefer. If a pest shows up between visits, call us and we won't wait for the next one.
Does the report help with health inspections?
Yes, it shows the place is treated regularly. It includes the visit date, the products used, the areas treated and our notes, and you also keep a map of the rodent stations with each one numbered. Keep the reports in a file on site so they're ready for anyone who asks, even if the manager is away on inspection day.
Do we have to close the restaurant on the day of the visit?
Usually not. Most of the work in commercial kitchens is gel and locked stations, and neither needs you to close. If the drains or the storeroom need spraying, we do it after hours or before opening and tell you how long to air the place before work starts. It's all in the plan from the start, so the day holds no surprises.
Do you work in villas and compounds?
Yes, in every governorate of Egypt. A villa takes a longer inspection because of the basement, garden, roof and other spaces, and the plan covers the house and its surroundings. If you have a pool or a fountain, we treat the standing water around them for mosquitoes.
What does the guarantee cover in the full package?
The guarantee lasts 5 years and is written on a certificate you get with the invoice, listing the pests in the plan and the duration. If any of them comes back in that time, we return and treat for free, provided you follow the instructions we send on WhatsApp. If a new pest appears that isn't in the plan, we inspect it and add it at a price you know before we start.
