Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain words, what data is collected when you visit the Formax German Pest Control website and what we use it for. The site is built so you can call us or message us on WhatsApp, and it does not ask you to register.

The data we collect

• No form stores your details. The buttons and the form on the Contact page only open the phone app or WhatsApp on your device. You write the message on your side, and it is not sent to any server of ours.
• Usage data (analytics). We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see the number of visits, the pages viewed, and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons. This data is statistical and is not linked to your name.
• Ad source. If you came from an advert, we keep the campaign code for a short time in your browser (sessionStorage) and add it to the WhatsApp message, so we know which advert brought you. The code is deleted when you close the browser.

Cookies

Google's analytics and advertising tools use cookies to measure visits and conversions (such as a click on "Call"). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally. You can control personalised ads from your Google account settings.

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp

The information you give us (your address, the type of pest and the times that suit you) is used only to arrange the visit, follow up with you and answer your questions. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone, unless the law requires it.

The articles link to scientific sources outside this site. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Your rights and how to reach us

If you want to know what data we hold about you from calls or messages, or you want us to delete it, call us on 0122 666 7698 or send a WhatsApp message. If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
